15TH STREET FLYERS HOST MONK RUN AT THE ABBEY
The 15th Street Flyers Running and Walking Club will host Monk Run at Saint Joseph Abbey + Seminary College on Saturday, 11 February 2012. Race-day registration and number pickup will begin at 7:30 a.m.; the 1-mile race will start at 8:30 a.m.; and the 5k race will kick off at 9 a.m. Post-race refreshments, including local food and beverages, will be available to all registered participants. This is an exclusive opportunity to run on the privately owned grounds of beautiful Saint Joseph Abbey, which are not open for public recreational use!
T-SHIRTS:
T-shirts will be given out to all pre-registered entrants on the day of the race. Entrants registered after February 3 are not guaranteed a shirt - you may have to pick up your shirt two weeks after the race should shirts run out. (Pick up location to be announced on race day)

1 Mile: Overall Male and Female; 1st, 2nd place in age groups 5-under, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-16 (male & female)
5K: Male & Female; Master (40 & over) Male & Female; Overall Race Walker Male & Female and age group awards for 1st, 2nd Place in age groups, 10 & under thru 65 & Over (male & female)
REFRESHMENTS:
