Monks Welcome Inaugural Members

On July 11, 2014, the monks welcomed the inaugural group of St. Benedict Society members.  Over 60 households have now declared their intention of leaving the Abbey and Seminary an estate gift, or have made other special arrangements to benefit the St. Joseph Endowment. 

Each year the monks celebrate the Feast of St. Benedict on July 11th.  It is a fitting time to welcome new members of the St. Benedict Society each year. 

July 11, 2014 marked the inaugural induction ceremony for the Saint Benedict Society.  

Nearly 20 friends joined us to celebrate the day.
