Three French Suites
Sunday, November 8, 2026 - 2:30 PM - Abbey Church
The French organ suite, established as a genre in the 18th century, has been maintained as a compositional framework through three centuries of organ music. St. Joseph Abbey organist Michael Bauer plays three exciting French suites: Clérambault's 18th century Suite du Premier Ton, Boëllmann's 19th century Suite Gothique, and the 20th century Suite Brève by Langlais.
